Model BW-1 Combination BLUE/WHITE Light for Fluorescence Exploration

The BW-1 is our premier professional level fluorescence night diving light. This is the first light to combine an intense blue LED for seeing fluorescence with a white LED for general illumination in one compact package. There is no longer a need to carry two separate lights for fluorescence night dives. Use the white light to navigate to the dive site, then slide the BlueBlock Filter Visor over your mask, flip the dual action switch from white light to blue light, and you are ready to search for coral recruits or other fluorescent organisms. Normal procedure calls for viewing an area in white light once a fluorescent subject has been located. An easy task with your NightSea BW-1 light.

The 3W blue LED in the BW-1 covers a larger area and is much more intense than the 1W LED in our popular BlueStar light, making it a more efficient tool for research. Each BW-1 comes with a BlueBlock Filter Visor and a Mask Strap Wrapper. The BW-1B Buddy Package option includes a second filter visor and strap wrapper at a reduced price.
