Filtered 450ml of water dipped from a dock at Huston Cove. Filter paper divided into quadrants to aid in orientation. Photographs under white light, fluorescence under blue light, and fluorescence under blue light after applying Nile red stain. It is pretty evident that too much Nile red was used.
