Turnkey digital fluorescence imaging for C. elegans

September 2020  – InVivo Biosystems has teamed with NIGHTSEA and Dino-Lite to offer a compact turnkey system for convenient fluorescence screening of the popular model organism C. elegans. The InVivo FLite combines NIGHTSEA’s modular add-on fluorescence capability with a long working distance Dino-Lite Edge digital microscope. FLite is being offered in two versions – the ‘Gecko‘, for green fluorescence only, and the ‘Chameleon‘ for green plus red fluorescence. Both versions include everything you need to see the fluorescence, plus InVivo’s NemaGel, for temporarily immobilizing worms, and RediStain™ dyes.
